Refund policy

  • We at Flamingo want you to love and enjoy your cover-up! However, if it does not work for you we will gladly take it back! You may return online orders within 21 days of receipt.

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS 

    1. Please email info@flamingosport.com and we will send you a return label. 
    2. The label cost will be deducted from your total refund. 
    3. Please pack the item(s) securely and ship back. Once received you will receive a confirmation.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • Refunds will only be given if the item (s) is returned without any damages, and with all tags attached.

    • Pease allow 7 days for your refund to be issued. Refunds will be to same method of payment used for purchasing the order.

    • Unfortunately if it is past the 21 days we will not be able to accept the return via mail. Please email us at info@flamingosport.com for other return options.
